CABB Holding appoints new CEO

As of March 17, 2010, Dr. Martin Wienkenhöver has been elected CEO of CABB Holding GmbH. Mr. Wienkenhöver has longstanding experience and wide-ranging expertise in the basic and fine chemicals business. Previously, he hold leading positions for renowned companies such as Bayer Group, Dystar and Lanxess.

After joining Bayer AG and subsequent to various activities within Bayer at the headquarter and abroad he headed the division for basic and fine chemicals at Bayer. After the transformation of this business to form Lanxess, Dr. Wienkenhöver joined the board of Lanxess.

With the appointment of Dr. Wienkenhöver CABB reinforces the executive board with a internationally experienced and technically versed manager.
